Taya Annaliese Martinez

Hip hip hooray!!! We have our little girl. Sorry this has taken me three weeks, but I've been a tad busy with the new baby. Taya Annaliese Martinez was born on March 20th -the first day of Spring- at 7:55am weighing 6lbs 13oz and measuring 21 inches long. Apparently, she was early. According to my ultrasound I was 39 weeks- thus being why they did the c-section. But in all her tests, she only came out at 37 weeks. So, she could have cooked a tad longer, but is wonderful anyways.

The Month of Taya!

I have no new photos, but I did want to change the background to something girlie because this is the month of Taya! Yay!!! Finally I will not be the lone Martinez female. I will have one on my side.....though Daniel seems to think she'll be on their side & I'll still be all alone! That WON'T happen darnit! Ha ha!

I keep joking that with all the pink stuff I have, if this baby were to come out with a penis the doctors better not even tell Daniel, just cut it off & change it ASAP! Wouldn't that be a trip?!?! We'll just think happy thoughts for the next 17 days!

Happy Birthday Dawson!!!

Oh my gosh, my little boy turned 3 on the 20th!!!! I cannot believe how quickly time has gone by- he's supposed to be my little infant & now he's my big boy who is going to be a big brother to my next infant! Yikes!! Anyways, he wanted a Monster Truck birthday party, which isn't suprising at all. I got wall decals of monster trucks for the boy's room anyways, and I waited until the party to use them & I just stuck them all over the walls of the living room for decoration- to later be moved into the bedroom. Perfect, easy decorating!

Anyways, he had the best birthday ever & he keeps asking for another one. He is so so so cute, and handsome, and funny, and smart. What can I say? I love him!
